Managing Assistant and Human Ressources

Nathalie Sozansky is Office Manager for HSC since november 2011.

With a 20 years of "administrative" experience, especially in IT services and consulting, Nathalie Sozansky has additional skills in sales support and marketing/communication.




Commercial Team

Lynda Benchikh joined HSC team in September 2003 as sales assistant, after beginning her career in retail industry. She is responsible for field marketing and HSC training activities, under management of Mr. Hentzien. She runs training activities for both sales and operational tasks.



Catherine Chauvet has 10 years of experience in Tech companies. She has developed high skills in Information Systems Sales and Customer relationship management.

Catherine is now in charge of sales within the team dedicated to Training and upSkilling at HSC and ready to address your needs.

Elodie Helvin-Bourhfella joinied HSC team in January 2011 as sales assistant and administrative versatile. She assists all departments of HSC for all functions: trainings, recovery, company purchases , bidding, marketing under the responsibility of Mr. Hentzien.





Consultants

After completing computer science studies at the University of Strasbourg, and a first experience as a Unix systems administrator for an IT service company, Thomas Seyrat joined HSC in 2001 as a technical consultant and project manager for consulting and audit missions, penetration tests, and training courses related to network and systems security. He was also then a member of the Debian project for a free operating system, in charge of networking and security software.

In 2006, he leaves HSC to join the French subsidiary of the credit-insurance group Euler Hermes (an Allianz company), as the information security officer. In 2009, he becomes the group information security officer for Euler Hermes as a whole, in charge of IT security improvement programs for regulatory compliance, information security reporting to the group's C-level board of management, and coaching of security officers for the subsidiaries; he was then a member of the Allianz group information security core group.

In 2011, he joins back at HSC as manager of the technical team; he leads the team in charge of technical consulting, audit, and penetration testing.

He has been a certified CISSP since 2003, and became an LSTI-certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor in 2007.



Graduated from ESIEA, computer science engineering school, Benjamin Arnault decided to continue his formation with a Computer Science Security Master at EPITA. After a six month internship dedicated to IT security management, he joined HSC as a consultant in 2005 where he conducts technical and organisational services. Benjamin often conducts penetration tests, forensics analysis, technical audits and risk assessment services. He's certified Lead Auditor ISO/CEI 27001 by LSTI since July 2006, GIAC GCFA (Forensic Analysis) since November 2006, GIAC GCWN (Windows Security Administrator) since December 2011, ITIL foundations since January 2007, ISO/CEI 27001 Lead Implementer by LSTI since July 2007, CISSP since December 2007, ISO/CEI 20000-1 Lead Auditor by LSTI since September 2008 and ISO/CEI 27005 Risk Manager since October 2008.

Graduated from University of Rouen with a Master in systems security, Danil Bazin made his final internship in a company named Sysdream where he created challenges for the 'Nuit du Hack 2012', and analyzed the Window's pagefile system.
Then he joined the HSC technical team where he performs penetration testing and forensic analysis.

During his first year at the University of Rouen in Information Systems Security, Tony Belot achieved a risk assessment in the health domain. His final internship focused on ISMS implementation, for the Organization, Risk and Conformity team of HSC. Since then, he carries out audits and consulting services regarding organizational security topics, taking advantage of his own technical knowledge based on personal and academic experiences.

He is certified ISO-27001 Lead Auditor since 2011, ISO-27001 Lead Implementer and ISO-27005 Risk Manager since 2012 by LSTI.

Graduated from EPITA, Christophe Berger worked at the LIP6 research laboratory on network and performance analysis, especially for measurement in peer-to-peer networks, in collaboration with the french Gendarmerie Nationale. He obtained a master in network.

He worked then in a security firm performing technical audit, penetration testing and consulting. His fields of expertise includes: log management, monitoring and traceability, identity and access management but also code review and Web and applicative penetration testing.

He is certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor by LSTI. He joined HSC in 2012.

Isabelle Bloise graduated from Telecom SudParis with a Master in Telecommunication Network and System Security. Having led various missions as an IT security consultant in province, she joined the HSC team in 2011, where she participates in organizational missions in security. She is also responsible for the quality management system of HSC.

She is certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer and ISO 27005 Risk Manager by LSTI.

Johann Broudin has graduated from the ENSIIE, a computer science engineering school, where he became interested in IT security, system administration and formal methods. During his internship at the end of study, he takes part in the configuration and monitoring module formal design of a VPN product.

He joined the HSC team in 2010 where he performs penetration testing, security audit and forensic analysis.
He has been GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN) certified since 2011.

Following higher education, Lucien Caumartin began his career at Silicomp Réseaux as a network security engineer. For six years he was involved in the deployment of security devices, progressing to design of networks security architectures and project management of large client accounts.

In 2008, Lucien decided to capitalize on his experience and continue his career in security consulting and information systems advisory and audit. For more than two years, he worked for British Telecom Services and Provadys leading audit engagements for ISO27001/ISO27002, PCI DSS certification, and providing advice on security information systems for key clients.

In 2011, he joined HSC, and conducts implementation and audit assignments using standards and frameworks such as ISO27001/ISO27002, PCI DSS and ARJEL. Lucien Caumartin is certified CISSP by (ISC)², QSA # 202-288 by PCI SSC, ISO/CEI 27001:2005 Lead Auditor & Lead Implementer, ISO/CEI 27005:2008 Risk Manager by LSTI.


Graduated from ESEO in Networks and Telecoms, and certified CCNA, Rémi Chauchat has a passion for computer and network security, and he is interested especially in penetration tests in companies. After a six month internship in network domain, he joined the HSC team in 2010 as a security consultant where he conducts several services as security audits, penetration tests and technical expertises.
He has been leading the ARJEL (regulation of online gambling in France) audits and certifications since 2012.

He has been GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN) certified since 2011 and GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester (GWAPT) since 2012.

Romain Coltel ended his engineer studies graduated at the ENSIIE, in Network and Artificial Intelligence specialties. During his studies, he became interested into IT security and network administration, and became president of the association which manage students network. He joined HSC in 2011 after his final internship. He now conducts penetration tests, security audits, forensics analysis and Unix/Linux formations. He is publishing a driver able to read Windows BitLocker encrypted partitions under Linux.

Frédéric Connes graduated from EPITA in 2001 and holds a doctorate in law from the University of Paris-II Panthéon-Assas since 2009. He wrote his thesis on voting systems' security. In 2008, he proposed an electronic voting protocol that aims to be comprehensible to citizens and targeted to preserve the integrity of results thanks to the publishing of votes on the Internet, without compromising the secrecy of the voter's ballot. This proposal was commented by Professor Ronald Rivest from MIT, who is also one of the inventors of the RSA encryption algorithm, and other specialists in the field. After a first professional experience at Khiplus, Frédéric Connes joined the HSC team in 2009 and is more specifically interested in the legal aspects of security. He continues to develop an expertise in electronic voting systems. He is certified Lead Auditor ISO/IEC 27001 by LSTI since November 2009 and Risk Manager ISO/IEC 27005 by LSTI since February 2010.

Nicolas Hanteville joined HSC team in 2012, after more than 7 years as security auditor in Department of Defense and consulting firms. He performs penetration tests and forensics analysis.

He is graduated with two Ordinary Degree with honours in computer systems and network, development and several Higher National Diploma developing.

Quentin Gaumer held in parallel with the final year of graduation CNAM engineer, a product engineer work at MEGA International consultancy and integrator of CRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) software for large French and international groups. Passionate about information security, he joined HSC in early 2011, where he operates primarily on organizational security missions such as accompaniments ISO 27001 and risk management.

He is certified ISO 27001:2005 Lead Implementer, Lead Auditor by LSTI, ISO 27005:2008 Risk Manager par LSTI, CISSP - Associate of (ISC)² and OSWP (Wireless Professional) by Offensive Security.


In parallel with her final year at the ENSIIE, Béatrice Joucreau did a Master's degree at the University of Manchester, where she majored in information systems security. Then she completed her studies with a Master in Business Management at the EM Strasbourg Business School. After an internship at Harmonie Technologie where she worked in identity and access management, she joined HSC in 2012. She is involved in consulting and audit missions regarding organizational security, such as risk assessment or support in the implementation of information security management systems.

She is certified ISO 27001:2005 Lead Auditor and ISO 27001:2005 Lead Implementer by LSTI.

Graduated from the EPF engineering school at Sceaux, studying the "Information and Communication Technology Management" specialization, Thibaut Leveslin completed his initial training with an additional semester at the polytechnic school of Montreal. He performed his last year internship at HSC, on the subject of the retrieval of password hashes on a Windows system, and became part of the technical team in 2010.

He is certified GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE) since june 2012.

Thomas Le Poetvin is graduated from a Master Management in information security from the Risks Institute (IRIAF) at Niort. During three years, he worked in IT services companies to assist information security officers, primarly on risk management, projects security and business continuity.
In 2012, he joined HSC where he operates on accompaniments ISO 27001 and risk management missions.

He is certified ISO 27005 Risk Manager, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer and ISO 22301 Lead Implementer by LSTI, ISO 27002 Information Security Foundations by EXIN, ITIL Foundation v3 et Prince 2 Foundation.

Stéphane Milani works mainly on missions to security audits, penetration testing or technical studies for large accounts. He joined HSC in 2005 after having been network and system administrator during five years. Graduated from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, he completed his formation with a Master's Degree in Information Systems Organization and Protection.

Stephane Milani is certified CISSP, PCI QSA (Qualified Security Assessor), GCFA (GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst) and Lead Auditor ISO/IEC 27001.

Amélie Paget obtained a master degree in Criminal Law from the University of Nanterre Paris X in 2012. Very early, she was interested in the links between information systems and law. She made an internship of several months in the OCLCTIC and in the Court of Appeal of Versailles. Then, she studied numerous legal questions bound to new technologies. During her last years of study, she wrote a memoir. This work allowed her to deepen her knowledge on the responsibility of the actors of the Web. Assistant of justice at the court of Pontoise during 6 months, Amélie Paget joined the HSC team in 2012. She is certified ISO 27005:2008 Risk Manager by LSTI. She is interested in the legal aspects of information systems.

Paul Pennanéach has a Masters degree in computer science and systems security (Paris Est Créteil University). He has done a six month internship in the Information Technology Service Company. With an audit team, they were in charge of elaborating information system industrialization solutions for a Defense Industry client.
He joined HSCs organizational team in November 2011.

He is certified ISO-27001 Lead Implementer, ISO 27005:2008 Risk Manager and ISO 27001:2005 Lead Auditor by LSTI.

Before joining HSC in 2011, Christophe Renard was working on governmental systems as architect and security expert, in France and Middle-East. His activity included messaging systems, multilevel security, PKI and cryptography.

He has been professionally involved with networks and systems since 1997 after graduating in computer science. His experience encompasses Telecom, ISP, Business Intelligence and Defense industries on build as well as run activities. He also spent some time serving as CTO of an Internet startup.

He is certified ISO-27005 Risk Manager, ISO-27001 Lead Auditor and ISO-27001 Lead Implementer by LSTI and holds GSEC, GWEB certifications from GIAC.


Julien Reveret has a master degree in Telecomunication and Network Systems. He's been working for different international companies, participating on projects such as SSH, SQL or VPN gateways.
He joined HSC in June 2011.

He's a GCFE (GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner) since June 2012.

Inês Ribeiro graduated from ENSIIE where she specialized in network and artificial intelligence. During her last year, she also did a master degree in networks at the UPMC (Paris VI), targeted on security. She then realised an intership at the LIP6, about creating a library in C that permits to forge packets in order to deploy topology discovery algorithms. She joined HSC in 2011 where she is a security technical consultant.

She is certified GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN) since january of 2012 and GIAC Web Application Pen Tester (GWAPT) since may of 2012.

Jérémy Rubert graduated from EPITA, in System Network and Security specialties. During the last three years of his studies, he taught and managed projects in IT for the next promotions of his school.

He joined HSC in 2012 after his final internship, during which he interested in Windows internals as well as rootkit technologies, in order to create an internal tool.

He has been GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN) certified since 2012.

Graduate executive engineer from the École des Mines in Saint-Étienne (ENSM-SE), Mikaël Smaha has administered several networks, including the school's network for one year and was engaged in student unions about Linux. He specialized in management systems by computerizing the quality department of Enersys in Bulgaria during his last internship. After his formation, he joined HSC where he achieves organizational missions and especially ISO-27001 supports and risk managements (ISO-27005 and EBIOS).

He is certified ISO-27005 Risk Manager, ISO-27001 Lead Auditor and ISO-27001 Lead Implementer by LSTI.
